A four year course after completion of 10 +2 is designed to train the students to work at different levels at pharmaceutical industries, hospitals and in government drug administration departments and retail pharmacy.
A pass in the 12th standard or equivalent examination approved by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and duly recognized by the respective statutory councils with not less than 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Maths / Biology / Biotechnology.
The candidate should have attained the age of 17 years as on December 31 of the year of admission.
Candidates who have passed the D.Pharm course (approved by the PCI) with not less than 50% aggregate shall also be eligible to this course and shall be admitted directly to the II B.Pharm course.

Medium of InstructionMedium of Instruction and Examination Shall be English.
A candidate is required to put in at least 80% attendance in theory and practical subjects separately in a recognized institution approved by Pharmacy council of India and affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka. The candidate shall complete prescribed course satisfactorily to be eligible to appear for the respective examination.
